The 2010 had the highest acidity and was the most impressive wine today. The 2011 had less of everything. Same aromatic profile in all three wines. Clear producer footprint with the typical rotten egg nose of young Prüm (sulphur). Great showing, and great fun to compare these youngsters, very different and very true to the vintage!
