Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Lorne Rangers 2024 (Lorne): Discernibly elegant just from its pale ruby appearance in the glass, and smelled fantastic from the moment it was poured, with soft leather, hot earth and that delightful sense that the fruit is poised to complete its transformation into something gamey, but hasn't quite finished doing so. A touch of truffle on the saline, savoury palate, and plenty of spry red fruit. Delicious, and so food-friendly.
