Wednesday, October 30, 2013 - Opened to watch the World Series with wife’s homemade pizza. Very modern with dark fruit aromas. After an hour in glasses and after vinturi this had much nicer aromatics that had some nice perfumed floral aromatics. Tannins smoothed out nicely and wine not overly drying. Very nice after one hour and with food or alone. My only bottle ☹. If you have time open and pour an hour before.
