Friday, March 19, 2021 - At Butterfly, Woolloongabba. This wine has a clear yet deep gold colour with tinges of green and an attention grabbing nose of white peaches, nectarines, lime with a touches of mango, honey and pineapple. The palate has rich display of complex primary and botrytised fruit that fills the mouth. This is balanced by a firm line of minerality and acid that adds both zest and balance so that this appears deceptively light on its feet. This is developing into a cracker of a wine with tons of exuberance and character.

I’m guilty of not buying enough ZS, with this wine being my only representation.
