Friday, April 8, 2022 - This wine has been the surprise package in my Prum cellar with singular zest and tropical fruit character that sets it apart. It has a clear yet deep gold colour with tinges of green and an arresting nose of white peaches, nectarines, lime with a touches of mango, passionfruit pineapple and honey. The palate has rich display of complex primary and botrytised fruit that fills the mouth and intrigues with many facets of flavour. There is plenty of zesty fruit acid and terroir based minerality to balance the fruit and to leave a long lasting impression of joy in a glass. This is a singular success.
