Wednesday, December 28, 2011 - On the nose there is oak, lemon and apple. On the palate there is a good concentration of citrus and tropical fruits, oak and a hint of what I can best describe as coconut. There is enough acidity to carry this through. Unlike the first bottle there was no ‘wet matchstick’ on the palate, I suspect the first bottle may have suffered slightly from TCA.
