Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Still looking fresh with lots of lemon citrus and acidity, though the lemon is evolving and the primary fruit may be starting to give way as there's a lot of secondary ginger spice, some vanilla and more prominent tannin than I usually notice in white wines.

In a really good spot now but should comfortably have another 5-10years in it.
