Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Decanted 30 mins and served well chilled. So unique...This takes a few sips to adjust to. Bright and incisive while also possessing buttery richness. Med+/full body but very clean across the palate. Citrus fruits, hazlenut nougat, butter, and straw with saline minerality. Crisp acidity brings it all together. Spicy on the medium length finish and leaves a salty lemon residue on the lips that compels another sip. Wife doesn't care for this much. I do. So good I drank the whole bottle solo (ouch).
