Saturday, December 3, 2016 - {Graciously served by DH and BB their dinner party in Cambridge, bought on release, had perfect fill, Pop n Pour}. Initially restrained nose quickly blossomed to to saline, lemon curds nose, on palate a distinguished, linear and correct wine which as it warmed up developed a salty, hazlenut midpalate and really blossomed. Acid core a counterpoint to all the fruit. Best at an hour at room temperature; just beat out the '05 Dauvissat La Forest. GC balance. Developed an interested melange of tropical fruits and marzipan in the midpalate. Delicious, will rummage to see if we have some in our cellar
