It is always such a treat to have an old Huet - the sec here is slightly golden in color, initially reticent but opens up with air. Lovely dry wine with autumnal apple and almond scents, demure and a perfect companion to a sesame crusted fish tonight. Not fading, but definitely drinking well now.
