Friday, April 10, 2015 - Musty, like old white Rhone that hasn't survived the journey. No discernable fruit of any kind. Asked my wife to taste it blind and she said - sherry, and not in any complimentary way. Is this a cork problem perhaps. Seems to be very slowly oxidising. Just bad wine making I think.
