Thursday, January 14, 2016 - Beginning to show some tawny at the rim. Dominant aromas are of black tea, roses, second day tar/asphalt (not the hot, freshly laid sweet stuff), dried cranberry. Flavors largely follow to the medium-bodied palate. Acids could be a little more fresh, but it's 2007 and all. Anyway, a nice mid-week drink that finishes with decent purity and length. 14,0% abv (fully resolved). Drink now.
PnP aerated 60 minutes in bottle then served non-blind.
