Sunday, February 27, 2011 - Medium ruby/garnet core, medium pale garnet rim. Expressive, aromatic nose showing red fruit, floral notes and a hint of blood. Medium/full bodied on the palate with harmonious, soft tannins, red fruit, florals, vanilla, lovely fresh acidity carrying a good length, lightly savoury finish. Much more feminine than I thought it would be and with well managed oak. Absolutely ready but no hurry.
