Sunday, December 12, 2010 - A lovely nose that said cabernet - in the mouth a wine of surprising structure given the nose - spice,cedar,cassis and cocoa/chocolate and yet with the structure there is an ellegance about this wine. Needs more time. Will undoubtedly rate higher when things soften.
