Monday, November 14, 2022 - Having read other users' notes on this wine, I decided to open a bottle to check its condition. The fruit is pristine, with dark plum and sweet oranges taking the lead. Tea, tar, cinnamon, tobacco complement the picture. Long, savoury finish. A beauty, drinking well now through 2035. Perfect with roast duck.
On day two, the texture is rounder and fuller. In other words, no rush with the remaining bottles...
