Saturday, March 30, 2013 - Poured through Vinturi. Dominant flavor of raspberry which is quickly swamped by the overly abundant acidity. Overnight this eased a bit, but not enough for my tastes. I will be more careful pairing the next bottle with something that will work better with the acidity.
