Friday, January 8, 2021 - double decanted 2 hrs. Solid cork. Nose surprisingly still a bit closed at first. About an hour later the wine had fully opened up. lovely soft fine grained tannins. Well balanced fruit that follows thru to a long finish. Very impressive for a 30 yr old cab. Fully developed but should hold for many years. Great wine
