Thursday, January 2, 2014 - Drank next to Villa Antinori red, this one was a step behind. Bordeaux blend with grapes grown in Tuscany, it shows what is expected fruit freshness in a restrained style. The blend is CS - 50%, Merlot 30% and 10% of Cab Franc and Sangiovese, from relatively young vines that are showing good potential to get more depth and complexity with age.
