Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - Deep purple. Wonderful nose that kept evolving... cherry, vanilla, a bit herbal. There was so much fruit to balance the 16% abv. Full bodied and spicy not hot in the mouth. Nice peppery(again spicy not alcohol heat) on the long finish. Can't wait to see how this will keep developing. DELISH!
