Monday, March 7, 2011 - Very funky on upon first opening. Took at least 1 hour for funk to be replaced by sweet dark cherry fruit, with subtle floral aspects. A lovely bottle of wine. Probably could use at least 3 more years in the cellar before peaking as it continued to get better and better in the glass over several hours.
