Tuesday, August 28, 2007 - Stood up for a week prior to drinking. Popped and sat open for a couple hours before trying. Beautiful dark color with little bricking. Nice, deep nose of cassis, leather, and chocolate. Palate confirmed the nose. Nice, long finish. Very nice wine drinking quite well right now. May be at its peak.
