(Chicago, IL): This was one of our favourites from a Vatan vertical over five years ago, so I was incredibly excited to get to try this wine again. Unfortunately this bottle showed somewhat advanced, with a somewhat flaccid demeanor. Mostly, it reminds me of premoxed white Burgundy. A real shame as I had been waiting to revisit this bottle for years.
