Thursday, February 6, 2014 - Chicago Wine Flock..."Wines that Bill B Loves" (goosefoot - Chicago IL): Served double blind, but easily identified as Loire Sauv Blanc because of a slip-up in the prior blind flint. Very powerful with great, fresh lemon and lime (fruit and zest) with chiseled minerality. Impressed with the layers and nuance already coming through so young.
