Sunday, February 13, 2005 - The wine shows notes of plum and raisin on the nose. This is thick, concentrated, and powerful Brunello that will require a few years to start showing its best. This is full of dark, almost black fruit, which is very characteristic of the 1999 vintage for many producers. 92-93
