Saturday, December 14, 2019 - One hour decant. Blueberry, cherry, mint, menthol, cocoa, baking spice, violet. Solid structure and lively acidity. Didn’t improve over the life of the bottle, but didn’t need to; paired nicely with steak, mushrooms and roasted squash. Drink with confidence over the next 5 years.
