Friday, November 22, 2013 - Definitely needed some air to come alive, but it was quite nice. Wasn't as food friendly as I'd like (we had this with steak at Daniel's Broiler in Bellevue), but by itself it was very complex, fragrant, flavorful and delightful. Wish I had more.
