Friday, August 26, 2011 - Delicious jammy grenache nose of strawberries and raspberries. Smooth sweet-fruity candy taste with an obvious presence of residual sweetness (maybe 8-10 grams). Good acid freshness and no heat at all from the 15%. Quite a crazy and controversial wine - halfway to Banyuls - but it should fit in well with chocolate or cheese. A charmer! Bound to seduce fans of grenache. Made of ecologically grown grapes (Ecocert).
