Monday, April 10, 2006 - Deep dark and reticent first out of the bottle. Surprisingly our bottle had no typical funk or barnyard. Just sexy pure fruit. Scent of acacia flowers, earth, mushrooms. At the one hour mark, this really fell into complete harmony. I had a hard time determining which wine was better - this or the 89 Lynch - but the fact is they were equally impressive, and comparing them is a silly. Incredible and one of the best of the year so far. This is like wearing silk underwear.
