Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Decanted for an hour before pouring. Dark ruby red with a light red rim around the top of the pour. Very nice essence of black pepper, ripe figs, blackberries, licorice and mint. Layers of cases, tobacco, mocha, licorice, black peppercorns, mocha and ripe figs. Wonderful aging on this wine.
