Thursday, March 3, 2022 - Medium to medium deep gold/orange. Huge creme brulee and toffee nose. Fruit is of the dried mango and lychee variety. The palate is sweet and unctuous, but a razor wire of acidity keeps it focused. Smoky nuances, biscuit. Really saturates the palate, with a 90 second finish. Great wine.
