Sunday, September 15, 2013 - Medium ruby color. Really fantastic nose of cranberry, bright cherry, baking spices and some orange scented black tea. Really fantastic. Mostly tart red fruit flavors on the palate along with more of the baking spice and tea notes. Mouth watering acidity, silky mouthfeel and a long, caressing finish. Really just a great bottle of Cali pinot and I love the fact that these wines are traditionally under 13%, which is how pinot noir should be in my opinion.
