Saturday, January 21, 2012 - A very fresh and austere Chardonnay, with a peach and honeysuckle nose that nicely introduces the stone fruit palette with a good level of acidity and a tiny trace of sugar. Very good summer drinking, not too heavy and with some texture that would be nice with food.
