Sunday, May 10, 2015 - This bottle is less generous the previous I've had but noththeless still delicious. There is a tartness that lingers with a meatiness more expected in the syrahs from Cayuse than a tempranillo. The wine was a perfect match for beef tenderloin cooked in our wood burning oven with romesco sauced cauliflower and garlic smashed potatoes.
