Sunday, September 25, 2005 - Surprisingly ripe, very aromatic nose. Some flint and stones, but mostly ripe fruit and spicy honey on the nose. On the palate lots of glycerine, ripe yellow fruit, minerals, honey, spices. This has come around nicely and can be drunk now, but will keep for several more years. Excellent, but very ripe for a Chablis.
