Thursday, May 5, 2005 - This wine was our bon bouche of the evening. It ranked at or close to the top as everyone’s favorite of the evening. The wine has a large, open nose filled with blackberries and earth plums. The taste was filled with lush, fruit such as blackberries, currants, some black cherry and ripe plum. The finish was eternal on fruit. Quite a mouthful of delicious Pinot.
