Thursday, December 15, 2022 - The First Christmas of New England @ Christmas WIMPS 2022 (La Trompette, Chiswick): A generous sample from another table at Christmas WIMPS. This as a black cardamom, tar and molasses nose. Also some clove-studded blood orange and some candy floss. Palate an intriguing mix of blackcurrant pastille, gazpacho and rosehip tea. Lovely.
