Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - Decanted for 2-4 hours and enjoyed with the main course, after blind tasting six 2015 Barbarescos at 1862 restaurant in the Union League. It was great to try this after sampling the '15 Cortese Rabaja. Similar power and intensity, but rounder in the mouth, with softer tannins. Delicious pairing with my rib eye cap and horseradish puree. Thanks Glenn for bringing this.
