Friday, December 24, 2010 - Drinking well now. Decanted 30 min before drinking. Good oak derived flavours and secondary nuances. Truffles, nuts, spice, oak. Started off a little thin on the palate, though the alluring nose suggested more. Gained weight with some air in the glass. Med long finish. Very enjoyable.
