Sunday, March 27, 2011 - Agree that this is drinking splendidly, but will certainly be better in 2012. Toasty oak and butter on nose. Some oak still on palate, with emerging secondary nuances and ever so slightly bitter acid. Unlike Cali chard, this does not have the slightest trace of residual sugar. Subtle and layered.
