Monday, June 29, 2015 - Burg Dinner with Friends (Puligny-Montrachet): Starts with easy-to-enjoy orchard fruit and modest baking spice with floral hints, then picks up heft with more time in glass. More powerful flavors of apple and pear with both sweet and savory spice. Very appealing. good now.
