Saturday, September 15, 2018 - Broadening out with added couple of years since last note.
Ripe eating apple and lemon zest with steely mineral core. No hint of diesel. Nonetheless was grippier chilled directly from the fridge rather than after a few minutes in glass which suggests to me approaching end of plateau.
Cutting my drink-by recommendation to 2020 (-2yrs). However: enjoy!
