Saturday, April 27, 2013 - First day there was some MASSIVE alcohol, it was like a shot of vodka after a sip of wine. I put it back in the bottle and left it for day 2. Much better day 2, although still quite alcoholic, even for a Saxum, this is very good but needs some serious time or one massive decant.
