Saturday, October 24, 2015 - Its been over three years since I tried a bottle, I opened it 6 hours before dinner and after 4 hours decanted through a vinturi. Big nose of dark fruit, the palate was blackberry, dark cherries, red meat, touch of olive and spice. The long smooth finish went on forever.
