Wednesday, October 28, 2015 - Nice, well made wine. Beautiful expressive nose of dark cherry, spice, dried flowers and perhaps pate? Slight acidity with glycerin; not as expressive/ explosive on the palate. I am not sure how it will evolve and whether there's a benefit to waiting more. But loads of fruit; so would wait.
