Tuesday, February 10, 2015 - Pale gold in colour. Tropical fruit on aroma.
Mango, mango, mango, with some barely ripened pineapple.
Light smokey caramel with excellent acidity & minerality.
Good structure.
Lip smackingly good. Persistent finish
