Friday, April 25, 2014 - If you open this now decant it and don't inhale for the first hour. I almost dumped it. Let it sit then corked and re-stored until the next day. Popped and poured and after another hour it was very tart fruit nose with spice. Good stuff but not great. Ended up being a good bottle but boy was that initial pop and aroma something I don't wish to remember.
