Decent aromatics but lack those ethereal high notes that the finest wines from the region posses. On the palate its thin, lacks fresh fruit, has notes of savory. Overall the impression is one of a flat safe wine that was made a little too much to formula (homogenized even) at the expense of something a bit more "alive".

A bit of a disappointment compared to better examples from the area.
