Wednesday, July 19, 2023 - Still drinking really well, although passed its peak. This is “tertiary land” (still balanced by good acidity) and i like that. Opens up nicely with a bit of air and stays nice for 2 hours. Dead on second day with cooked fruits compote. Drink up!
