Tuesday, August 31, 2021 - Drinking Some Great Lafarge as an Hommage to Becky Wasserman (The Winefool - Chicago IL): Ripe and plentiful orchard fruit with baked apple and almond butter notes throughout. Very classically Meursault. Holding very well, even with its modest level of perceived acidity. Best to enjoy over the next few years.
