Friday, January 27, 2017 - Very pale yellow. Intoxicating aromas of lime, white flowers, sea spray and a healthy dose of reduction that took the better part of an hour to dissipate. On the nose alone, this could easily be mistaken for Chablis. Medium-bodied, dominated by white fruit, minerals and a rapier-like acidity that cuts a broad swath across the palate. Finishes quite long, with a strong sensation of liquid stone that gradually fades away. An excellent white Burgundy, if a bit embryonic at this stage. 93.
